Prakriti se, har din.
The material
A sponge that grows on a plant
No factory foam, no nylon mesh. Loofah is a vegetable, ripened on the vine and dried in the sun.
I
Grown on the vine
Loofah is the turai, or nenua — the same gourd many of us cook as a vegetable.
II
Ripened into fibre
Left on the vine, its inside turns into a strong, springy net of natural plant fibre.

III
Finished by hand
Peeled, sun-dried and cut, that fibre becomes a gentle scrubber and much more.
The collection
39 pieces, one honest material
Bath, kitchen, home, footwear and packaging — every piece cut from the same sun-dried loofah and finished by hand.
For bathing and gentle exfoliation — soft when wet, firm when dry.

Questions
Frequently asked
What exactly is loofah?+
Loofah is the dried inside of the turai / nenua (sponge gourd). When the gourd ripens fully on the vine, its inside becomes a strong net of plant fibre — a natural sponge.
How long does one loofah last?+
With daily use, replace a natural loofah every 3–4 weeks. Kitchen scrubbers may need changing a little sooner; coasters and wardrobe sachets last for months.
How do I keep it from getting mouldy?+
Rinse it, squeeze out the water and hang it somewhere airy after every use — that's what the loop is for. Once a week, soak it for 10 minutes in water with a little vinegar and let it dry fully.
Is it too rough for the skin?+
Dry loofah feels firm. Wet it for a minute before use and it turns soft and springy. For the face we make thinner, softer pads.
Can you put our hotel or salon name on the packaging?+
Yes. We pack in loofah boxes and pouches and can stamp your name or logo on them. Share your quantity and we'll suggest options.
Do you make packaging for other brands?+
Yes. We make loofah-fibre jewellery and gift boxes and retail display boxes, and can add your name or logo to them.
How do I order?+
Message us on WhatsApp or use the contact form below. Businesses start with a free sample kit, then a small trial order of 50–100 pieces.
